This school year, Stevenson University plans to recognize faculty who use technology in their teaching in creative and innovative ways. Each of the six winners (one from each school) of the Innovative Teaching with Technology Awards will receive $1,000. All full and part-time faculty who have worked at SU for at least a year will be eligible to apply. A panel of judges from each of the schools will judge all the entries. Entries will be judged on creativity, impact on student learning and adaptability to other projects. The range of acceptable entries is wide–creation of a new technology or use of an existing technology in a unique way are acceptable. How use of the technology advanced student learning or engagement will be emphasized.
